Manipulation and ethics

a. The story of the website is about manipulation and ethics that are in the journalism community. The website explains how digitally changing you pictures to another product is not ethical. The page gives example of journalist that have done this and the consequences are the loss of job and their credibility. The website also infers that the common ethical rule is not to lie because you are making a distrusting relationship between you and the reader.
b. This type of enhancing is unethical because the pictures are telling a lie and not the truth they are basically hiding it. Also putting things that never happened or altering with other objects in the picture is not ethical for the same reason that you are taking someone else's work or lying to your readers. By looking at the photographs this is unethical because most of the things that were edited never happened they were just selfish to give credit to someone or attract viewers. This is not ethical because through this a photographer is conveying false messages and the articles are supposed to tell you the truth. The photograph of Clinton and Fidel Castro for example it is false because like it says in the caption it never happened.
